Your Battery System, Now Smarter and Safer

Compliance is not Optional, it is Engineered

Neuron is built from day one to comply with U.S. regulations and procurement policies:

  • The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), including Domestic Content and FEOC guidelines;
  • The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBB), aligning with MACR-based incentive mechanisms and ensuring proper attribution of manufacturing and IP value to the U.S. market.

No more ‘Alert Fatigue’ – We silence false positives, spotlight the true failures

99% of alerts on project site are noise. Neuron eliminates false positives by understanding real system behavior. Critical faults get spotlighted ——everything else gets filtered:

  • Real-time fault analysis;
  • Prioritized alerts with root-cause logic.

Product

PBMU

As the foundational core component in the 3-tier BMS architecture:

• Implements a modular, distributed architecture;

• Provides real-time monitoring at the battery module level;

• Executes essential safety-critical functions.

RBMS

As the rack-level controller in the 3-tier BMS architecture:

• Collects and manages all status information at rack-level;

• Features a root-cause-based fault detection and isolation architecture, enabling synchronized fault data reporting.

BBMS

As the As the system-level coordinator in the 3-tier BMS architecture:

• Aggregates rack-level data for system-wide optimization and control;

• Coordinates cross-system interaction with EMS/PCS;

• Enables Local EMS operation;

• Lightweight AI model.

🏭 Coming in 2027 — U.S.-Based Manufacturing

To complete our localized commitment, Neuron will launch full-scale U.S. production by 2027. This facility will:

  • Enable 100% domestic BMS system delivery
  • Secure FEOC and IRA domestic content eligibility
  • Shorten lead times and enhance end-to-end lifecycle control

Artificial Intelligence Data Center Solution

1. Optimized BMS Architecture for AIDC

Our next-generation BMS is designed to meet the power profile of AI infrastructure:

• Thermal-aware balancing and control to coordinate with liquid cooling and immersion systems

• Cybersecure, edge-capable local decision layer for real-time autonomy even under network segmentation

This architecture brings rack-to-grid safety, speed, and intelligence into the core of AI power infrastructure.

2. AIDC-Specific EMS Platform

Neuron is building an EMS platform tailored to the dynamic needs of compute-intensive facilities:

• AI workload prediction + dispatch coupling to align power with GPU/TPU training cycles;

• Fast-ramp, real-time optimization for seamless load following and microgrid stability;

The EMS acts as the control brain behind the physical power system — orchestrating data center uptime, energy efficiency, and energy market participation.
